About
I'm a Senior Engineering Manager who stays close to the code. I've scaled engineering orgs across SEA and South Asia — leading platforms that serve 97M+ users across 10+ countries — and built security practices that actually hold up under regulatory scrutiny.
My belief: a manager who can't read the architecture document can't lead the team that wrote it. Currently pursuing an MBA and working towards CISSP — because the problems I care about sit at the intersection of business, engineering, and security. Outside work, I tinker: home labs, IoT, smart home automation, and anything that can be hacked together on a Raspberry Pi.

Regional Talent Markets
I've built and led engineering teams across five markets in SEA and South Asia — hiring locally, navigating each country's talent landscape, and managing across time zones, languages, and work cultures.
What I Do
Team Building & Org Design
Hiring, structuring, and growing distributed engineering teams of 20-30+ across SEA and South Asia. Building the rituals and culture that make teams retain and perform — not just recruit.
Reduced hiring cycles · improved retention · team expansion into new markets
Hands-on Technical Leadership
Staying close to the codebase, architecture decisions, and PR reviews. Technical credibility that earns trust from engineers — and translates complex tradeoffs into plain language for stakeholders.
Faster delivery cycles · reduced operational risk · improved engineering predictability
Security & DevSecOps
Embedding InfoSec into the SDLC — not as compliance theatre, but as an engineering discipline. Threat modelling, secure pipelines, incident response, and teams that take ownership of security outcomes.
Reduced vulnerability exposure · security culture that scales with the team
Delivery & Engineering Strategy
Turning product goals into roadmaps that engineering can actually execute. Managing scope, stakeholders, and cross-timezone complexity — so the business gets reliable delivery without micromanaging the team.
On-time delivery · improved cross-functional alignment · predictable velocity
