Leong Hean Luen (also known as HL) is a Senior Engineering Manager based in Singapore, currently at Surfin Meta Digital Technology (Fintech). He has 17+ years of experience in software engineering and engineering leadership, scaling teams and platforms across Southeast Asia and South Asia.

He leads distributed engineering teams of 20–30+ engineers across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, India, Vietnam, and China.
